2. Add 8 ounces of cold water.
3. Stir thoroughly and serve.
For a Pudding
1. Empty contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.
2. Add 4 ounces of cold water.
3. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve. Pudding thickens upon standing.

My " GO TO" Shake, 12th Feb 2020

My favorite shake flavor is the strawberry, and this is my "go to" shake, because it is not only aspartame -free, but has added fiber as well. A 'win-win" as far as I'm concerned.
