Directions
1. Empty Contents of one packet into a blender or sharker bottle.
2. Add 2 cups (500ml) of cold water. Blend at high speed or shake for 30 seconds.

Only giving 4 stars because the price was raised. But I have been using these for years because they are filling, good amount of protein, and taste good. Taste is the key factor because many shakes are chalky. Best to drink these ice cold. I put them in a full blender bottle of water, mixed up. Keep in the fridge overnight so they are ready for breakfast. These are very good.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the VHP Chocolate shakes I purchased from Familybariatric.com! I've tried a lot of protein shakes in the past several years and this one tastes the best out of all of them!
I'm certainly glad that I was able to find a shake that I actually like to drink.

I have been using these Shakes for years and finally I can now order everything in one place!! I have been ordering these shakes from other vendors but this brand is by far the best tasting.
I have a quick recipe that will make it more like a smoothie than a protein drink. Use 8 oz of water, pour in the packet, one to two spoonfuls (depending on how sweet you want it) of Truvia, for the Chocolate I had 1 cup of frozen strawberries, blue berries or cherries(45 seconds in the microwave) and ten cubs of ice. Turn the blender on Ice crush and after that one minute on the Smoothie speed. If you want it really cold, place it in the freezer for 15 minutes... i promise you, the protein taste is removed and it tastes just like a smoothie!
Another recipe is to use protein power Peanut Butter. Two heaping spoonfuls of the Peanut Butter. Two truvia but you will need to use between 12-14 cubes of ice with the 8 oz. of water... It like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup! But if you like it really cold, this one nearly always needs to go into the freezer for at least 15 minutes or more.
If you are not on a strict protein regimen, you add as much fruit as you want. Best of Luck!
