Love this cereal. It is tasty although a little sweet. I have this in a half cup on fat free milk everyday for breakfast. It is a great way to start my morning with a good source of protein, low cal and low carb. It does have a bit of after taste from the artificial sweetener but if you are used to artificial sweeteners, it will not be very noticeable.

They are crunchy and a bit sweet. Of course the taste reflects the ingredients, but they are filling and with yogurt and fruit they make a good breakfast. Also not bad on ice cream to add some crunch.

Not good. Had a chemical-sweet flavor that washed away with milk. Then you had flavorless, soy cereal pieces that had a gross texture.
