Directions
1. Combine 2 ounces of tap water with contents of one packet; stir thoroughly.
2. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe container such as a ramekin or small plastic ware.
3. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute; carefully remove from microwave and allow to cool for 5 minutes. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.)

This is one of the few "extras" I buy to satisfy the craving for something yummy. I top it with a little Kool Whip( 2 T allowed amount) and it helps keep me on track when I'm craving something sweet.

The texture is the most recognizable as microwaved. Kind of rubbery but not the worst. Satisfies the need for cake! I like it with the chocolate pudding on top, turns it into a lava cake kind of and the texture is not as noticeable. I wish it had a touch stronger chocolate taste. It's kind of weak as that goes but it does the job.

I don't even bake this in the microwave. I just stir the water in and let it thicken for a minute and then eat it. It taste like brownie mix. I have that when I have a craving for brownies or chocolate sweets. It satisfies that craving for me.

This is a nice twist on guilt forgiven Chocolate Fudge Cake. Just mix it with a little water, pop it in a ramekin and ping it in the microwave at high for 1 minute. That's it, and a fluffy and moist cake is made. This is now my special cake to have with my coffee. Sin be gone!
