I have tried several shakes. I did NOT like the taste of this brand. I would suggest buying one box and if you like it, buy more. The reviews above show others did like it. It has a good protein content; so, this might be right for you. It wasn't for me.

It was very filling but I didn't like the taste. I've tried others from this website that taste much better and are equally filling. I'm going to try adding fruit hopefully that will work because I have only been able to tolerate it once.
