I am not a coffee drinker -- so this is a great beverage for the 45 min drive to the office. Breakfast on the go. The only down side is the residue it leaves in the cup can be hard to clean after sitting in the hot car all day. I will continue to purchase, and my 78yr old mother loves it too. She doesn't even know how good it is for her. She just likes the taste, prefers the raspberry flavor but will drink any of them without a fuss. GOOD STUFF.
