Directions
1. Place contents of one packet into a large (20oz.) glass or shaker cup.
2. Add 16 ounces of cold water and stir or shake vigorously until dissolved.
Shake will thicken upon standing. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.

OF the two Weight and Inches flavors, this is my favorite. I often have this and a serving of fruit for breakfast. Fast and easy meal for any time! Flavor is good too.

Weight & Inches has worked great for me. Lost 40 pounds since the beginning of the year. Good taste and filling.
Some reviews mentioned it as a good meal on the go. Not sure I agree with that. How do you clean the container at the airport. In my experience, the shaker bottle works well, but colder liquid works better. I generally move the refrigerated water or skim milk to the freezer for 15 minutes before mixing.

As a registered dietitian and certified personal fitness trainer, I am always evaluating supplements for meals or to augment protein in the diet. This chocolate shake has been my favorite for years. It has a great flavor and consistency. It is way more satisfying than 200 calories of food. I use it as a between-meal snack or when I need to go for a run or other workout and don't want to be hungry. I often take packets when I travel to use in situations when I'm caught without food, e.g., unexpected airport delays. conference situations where food is not readily available. It's also good for people who aren't big meat eaters yet want to build and maintain healthy muscle mass. The flavor is great: it's not too sweet and doesn't leave an unpleasant aftertaste like so many other supplements.

This shake packs the maximum amount of protein while still remaining true to "chocolate" taste. There is no grit. I've mixed with water, milk, almond milk and coconut milk. Tastes great with banana and almond butter.

There is no easier way for someone with a life on the go to lose weight. I use Weight n Inches to moderate/maintain my weight at this point. It did at one time help me to lose nearly 60lbs (over 5yrs ago). I still drink at least one Weight n Inches to this day for breakfast and I don't feel deprived.

This product is a double portion of the FamilyBariatric Brand chocolate and vanilla meal replacement.
This product is a great choice for weight loss patients as it offers the equivalence of a 4 ounce portion of very lean meat. Taken as a meal, the protein quality and portion size is perfect for muscle retention while under the catabolic stress of calorie restriction.
The carbohydrate portion is low, at a perfect level for those wary of insulin resistance and the dreaded effect of carbohydrate excess on rate of weight loss.
Weight and Inches is a well designed product.
It offers great taste and texture, mixes well in a blender bottle, is priced ethically for those on a budget, easy to use and above all delivers the patient or customer from the confusion of what to eat.

Try adding ice to the "Weight & Inches" shakes in the blender and you'll be hooked for life! I love this choc shake with a tsp of peanutbutter or 1/2 of a banana for a thick and delicous meal that tastes exactly like a milkshake.
