Directions
1. Place contents of one packet into a large (20oz.) glass or shaker cup.
2. Add 16 ounces of cold water and stir or shake vigorously until dissolved.
Shake will thicken upon standing. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.

This shake is part of my daily routine. I add 1 serving of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, melon, pineapple, banana, etc) with mix and water in my blender and creates a delicious and balanced breakfast to start my day. This routine has not only help me lose weight, it is helping me maintain it. And as long as I mix it it up, I never tire of having these shakes for breakfast.

This product is a double portion of the FamilyBariatric Brand chocolate and vanilla meal replacement.
This product is a great choice for weight loss patients as it offers the equivalence of a 4 ounce portion of very lean meat. Taken as a meal, the protein quality and portion size is perfect for muscle retention while under the catabolic stress of calorie restriction.
The carbohydrate portion is low, at a perfect level for those wary of insulin resistance and the dreaded effect of carbohydrate excess on rate of weight loss.
Weight and Inches is a well designed product.
It offers great taste and texture, mixes well in a blender bottle, is priced ethically for those on a budget, easy to use and above all delivers the patient or customer from the confusion of what to eat.

This is the most versitile and enjoyable meal replacement that I've found. I toss this in the blender with a few frozen strawberries or 1/2 of a banana (ice and water of course) and it is delicous and filling. Worth every cent!
