Directions
For a Shake:
1. Empty contents of one packet into a large glass (10 ounces)
2. Add 8 ounces of cold water.
3. Stir thoroughly and serve.
For a Pudding
1. Empty contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.
2. Add 4 ounces of cold water.
3. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve. Pudding thickens upon standing.

Very good basic chocolate shake. If you mix a spoon of PB2 powdered peanut butter in it you get a Reese's cup taste :)

The chocolate pudding is the best tasting diet shake I have had. I make the chocolate pudding every night and I feel like I am cheating on my diet. I have tried different brands before and this is the best!!!

I stumbled onto this website looking for caramel crunch bars that I love. Since the first order, I have been buying many products and love them. This pudding/shake mix is amazing. As a shake, taste is far better than other similar products. As a pudding, it is wonderful, tasty, creamy, satisfying and has a texture and taste of homemade chocolate pudding. I was astounded that a diet product could be so good. Must be the added protein that helps the flavor and consistency. I highly recommend and order four boxes at a time.

This shake is DELISH. I've lost 32 lbs with this supplement. It's a must have if you love chocolate. By the way, it mixes well....just make sure your water is very cold!!!
