SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take one(1) packet daily with meal. There are two(2) identical Essentials Complex multi-vitamin tablets in each pack. For best results, save one Essentials Complex multi-vitamin tablet for use later in the day with separate meal. Store the Essentials Complex multi-vitamin in bottle until use.
