Shipping choices are UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Standard Overnight Air.

You may request packages be signed for. Large orders are generally sent out with signature on delivery required. Please leave specific delivery requests in the comment field.

Standard Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders must be Placed by 4pm EST, Monday thru Thursday. Friday orders should be placed by 12 noon due to early UPS pickup. Call 419-502-0206 for special needs.
(Shipping days per United Parcel Service are Monday thru Friday. A second day package leaving Friday is delivered on the second business day or Tuesday.)

Saturday second day delivery must be specified that way. Please call to assure this detail.
Please do not use a P.O. Box as a shipping destination. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
P.O. boxes may be listed for billing address.

Hotter climates will cause some nutritional bars to melt. This does not affect the nutritional qualities of the bars.
Family Bariatric is not responsible for melted bars.
Bars should be allowed to sit for 12-24 hours before handling, in a cool location, to allow for gradual reconstitution.
On Bar orders you may request dry ice shipping for a nominal fee. Call or email to arrange this.
Dry ice orders should ship to be delivered within consecutive UPS delivery days. UPS does not deliver ground on SAT or SUN. Monday is the best day to have arrangements set for shipments. Call ahead for a quote.
